Intern

INTERNSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS

COMMITMENT

Each intern will complete a minimum eight and maximum of twenty-four week internship program on the Godspeed campus. A case by case approach will be used to set and apply each interns program length and weekly commitment of hours. The intern will be required to complete a designed number of hours each week with specific objectives of learning, development, application and coaching. An Internship Project will be created, designed, implemented and completed during all Godspeed Internships.

PROJECT

Each intern alongside a Godspeed Staff Mentor (GSM) will create, design, implement and complete an internship project with the purpose of progressing, improving, and/or creating a new service, program, test, and/or other business benefit to the intern’s own development alongside the Godspeed System.

COACH

Coaching positions will be given if the staff believes you will be a good fit upon graduation of the internship period. Coaches will report to the Director of their program and be responsible for contributing in coaching, managing members, programming, facility maintenance, and living out Godspeed’s mission and values.

DIRECTOR

Directors will have same responsibilities as coaches and will oversee all coaches in their department as well as ensuring their department is running optimally including making decisions best for the program and Godspeed.

OWNER/OPERATOR

Owner/Operators will be in charge of efficiently and frugally running the Godspeed facility they oversee. This includes all (need rest of this content)
