HOW
Spend 1-3 minutes in a hexagonal chamber that fills with nitrogen which brings the chamber to below freezing temperatures.
WHAT
Exposure to these freezing temperatures for a limited amount of time stimulates a response from your nervous system causing your body to go into “survival mode”.
